I have worked for many arts organisations and educational services such as cfbt as a creative practitioner. I have extensive experience co-ordating events, previous clients include Boots, BP Oil, Chorus Regal and Hilton Hotels, music/spoken word events include Mansfield's Art Cafe, NCC Stand & Deliver at The Maze and Forever Green Live.
I was Poet In Residence for Starbucks Coffee Company and during this time I performed and ran workshops in their coffee houses for the general public. Starbucks also sponsored my work in schools as a part of their literature programme and in particular gave me a very memorable and rewarding placement as Poet In Residence at Portland Training College, Notts.
I particularly enjoy working with musicians/singers which prompted me to set up The Lyric Room.
