The Lyric Room are a promotion and event organisation working in particular with solo acoustic singer/songwriters. We also support artists with lyric writing workshops.
Lou Ashley, a Notts performance poet is the founder of The Lyric Room. With over 25 years of writing experience facilitating creativity workshops in schools, colleges and on a corporate level, she offers her experience and knowledge to anyone who wants to improve their writing skills.
A prolific wordsmith and performance poet, Lou especially enjoys working with musicians, which prompted The Lyric Room.
